"Sweet Nectar" draws inspiration from Adam Mickiewicz’s quote, "The nectar of life is sweet only when shared with others." In this painting, I explore the delicate iridescence of the buff-bellied hummingbird's feathers as a metaphor for the richness that diverse perspectives bring to our lives. Each feather, shimmering with its unique hues, symbolises the beauty and depth found in shared experiences. Through this artwork, I aim to highlight the significance of embracing different viewpoints and how they can transform our perception of the world, enriching our understanding and appreciation of life’s sweetness.
