About
Painting has been a part of my life since childhood, transforming my early fascination with scrapbooks and crayons into a profound passion for art. Art is now an integral part of who I am. It shapes my perspective and brings joy to my everyday experiences. The pandemic unexpectedly reignited my love for painting, offering a creative refuge during uncertain times.
I enjoy experimenting with various mediums, but I am particularly enchanted by the fluidity and spontaneity of watercolours. There’s something magical about how they blend and flow, creating soft washes and vibrant bursts of colour that can evoke emotion and depth. I find inspiration in the vibrant energy of Indian markets, lively tapestry of daily life, and the delicate intricacies of birds and florals. Watercolours allow me to capture these moments in a way that feels both alive and ephemeral.
Art is essential to who I am; it expresses my thoughts, feelings, and experiences in ways words sometimes can’t. Though, as an introvert, sharing my art has been a personal challenge, I’ve come to realise that sharing my art helps me feel more connected to others. Each piece is a testament to my evolving relationship with art and myself. My art invites viewers to see the world through my eyes, to discover beauty in the often-overlooked details of everyday life.
If you’re interested in a unique watercolour masterpiece, I’d love to collaborate and bring your vision to life!
